1. Fixed Price Commitment

All quotes generated by Transver VIP are all-inclusive and fixed. The quoted price covers all highway tolls, Bosphorus bridge crossings, tunnel fees, airport entry & parking, fuel, and meet & greet service.

2. Flight Tracking & Waiting Policy

We provide live flight tracking. We include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) starting from the moment your flight touches down.

3. Cancellation & Amendments

You may modify or cancel your VIP reservation up to 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup time free of charge by contacting our 24/7 concierge via WhatsApp or telephone.
