When you book a transfer via our web portal, we collect personal information necessary to deliver our luxury transport service, including your full name, telephone number, WhatsApp contact, email address, flight details, and hotel destination.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your transfer: assigning your professional chauffeur, tracking your flight status in real time, delivering your meet & greet welcome sign, and sending confirmation notices. We never sell, lease, or distribute your private information to third-party marketing brokers.

3. Data Security & Retention

All booking records are stored in high-security encrypted databases conforming to international GDPR and Turkish KVKK standards. Only authorized operations personnel and your designated driver have temporary access to your booking itinerary.
